- We're trustworthy. We maintain the anonymity and confidentiality of posted requests. We don't have two stories- one internal and the other external- on any topic, for any reason. When we goof, we make it right, right away.

- Consumers, doctors, dentists, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, vendors, our co-workers its all are our customers and we win their loyalty with an attitude of service.
- We believe in discussing opposing viewpoints collegially and in public forum for the informed consumer to decide relative merits. Even our harshest critics offer us kernels of wisdom and opportunities for improvement.
- We run a business. We are cognizant that our actions have bottom-line impact, so we contribute our opinions, add value, reduce costs, and spread our story.
